On-Demand Consulting
For focused troubleshooting, independent reviews, and specialized technical questions without a recurring commitment.
Choose on-demand consulting, reserved monthly capacity, an annual support plan, or a three-year strategic partnership. Longer commitments include more consulting hours, faster support priority, and lower rates for additional covered support.
For focused troubleshooting, independent reviews, and specialized technical questions without a recurring commitment.
Reserved remote support for production teams that need dependable senior expertise throughout the month.
Flexible annual capacity for firms supporting multiple teams, projects, platforms, or internal standards.
A $90,000 total commitment that provides systems continuity, reserved capacity, and the strongest support pricing.
Detailed service coverage
Included hours cover remote advisory, troubleshooting, targeted reviews, minor configuration updates, and short knowledge-transfer sessions. Larger production assignments, implementations, custom development, and formal training programs receive a separate scope and fee.
Support for terrain models, geometry, profiles, corridors, templates, superelevation, cross sections, quantities, annotations, sheet production, references, and troubleshooting. Assistance focuses on production workflows and model health; engineering design decisions remain with the responsible design professional.
Guidance for templates, styles, surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, pipe networks, data shortcuts, plan production, and file troubleshooting. Support may include targeted template or style corrections when they fit within the plan hours.
Roadway-and-bridge model coordination, file organization, reference strategy, model review, and production support. Structural analysis, bridge engineering decisions, calculations, and sealed deliverables are not included in the listed support plans.
DGN production support, references, levels, display standards, sheet composition, model aggregation, coordination review, clash-review workflows, viewpoints, and issue communication.
User and file support, folder structures, workflows, permissions, attributes, naming, version control, integration troubleshooting, document control, and deliverable packaging. A new ProjectWise environment, migration, or major configuration effort is quoted separately.
DGNLIBs, cells, feature definitions, annotation groups, sheet seeds, templates, configuration review, standards governance, checklists, and minor updates to existing manuals or procedures. Full workspace builds and new manuals are fixed-fee projects.
Targeted checks of file structure, model health, references, levels, naming, standards compliance, sheet-to-model coordination, and delivery readiness. This is a technical CAD/BIM review, not an engineering design review or approval.
Screen-share assistance with corridors, terrains, profiles, sections, drainage workflows, quantities, annotations, and sheets. Substantial hands-on modeling, drafting, plan production, or backlog reduction is quoted as project work.
Short remote coaching, workflow demonstrations, troubleshooting sessions, and knowledge transfer are covered by plan hours. Formal classes, custom curricula, manuals, recorded courses, and on-site training are priced separately.
Workflow review, automation strategy, macro troubleshooting, and minor reporting improvements may use plan hours. New VBA tools, macros, integrations, dashboards, or custom reporting workflows require a defined project proposal.
Inventory review, utilization analysis, cost and allocation observations, and software-management recommendations. A documented license analysis with findings and an implementation roadmap is offered as a fixed-fee engagement.
Project and fixed-fee services
These ranges are planning estimates. Final pricing depends on the number of users, software environment, model and sheet complexity, existing standards, required deliverables, review cycles, schedule, and client responsibilities.
Public-sector project support
Retainer plans are corporate-support agreements and are not billed to a public owner as unused project capacity. For a public-sector project, Nexus documents actual authorized hours under the prime agreement using the approved labor classification, task, function or activity code, and not-to-exceed amount.
Project rates are negotiated based on scope, committed hours, contract requirements, and approved classifications. Engineering decisions, responsible charge, calculations, and sealed deliverables remain with the responsible registered engineering firm and licensed professional unless separately authorized and legally permitted.
